Tandem Publishing CD-Books Series 1

Those who grew up with vinyl records readily recall one of the great pleasures in buying a new record was to rush home, put the album on the turntable, flop down on the couch and read the album cover while listening to the record. It was full of information about the musicians, and included lyrics, photographs and artwork.

With this in mind, music historian and author Ed.Nimmervoll has compiled a brilliant range of CD-sized CD-books, each focusing on a leading Australian musician. The CD-books present an innovative and unique concept whereby a music CD is neatly housed within the inside cover of a beautifully produced miniature hardback book. Each book contains information about the musician, photographs and, in most cases, the lyrics. They are designed to be kept on a CD shelf, amongst a CD collection, rather than on a bookshelf.
